By commissioning the artist (“mossspond” or “Moss”), you (“the client”) are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I. GENERAL TERMS.

• Please be civil in all aspects of the commission.
• The artist reserves the right to decline your commission for any reason.
• If the artist must abort the commission before it is complete, the client will receive a partial refund based on the stage of work and overall scope.
  • Incomplete work is subject to all copyright policies as listed in section V.

II. PAYMENT

• The client must provide a full payment upfront for all commission types, unless negotiated otherwise.
• The client must pay via PayPal

III. PROCESS

• WIPs will be provided on all paid art.
• If the client specifically does NOT want a WIP, please inform the artist beforehand.
• Unless otherwise stated at the beginning of the work circumstance, most work will be completed within two weeks.
• The artist will communicate any potential delays.

III (a). CHARACTER DESIGN PROCESS

• The artist will make her best attempt to accurately portray the idea the client presents.
• Each revision of a custom design past the 3rd will incur a $20 charge.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• After a commission is finished only small changes can be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes. PLEASE request large changes at the sketch phase.
• Any large changes requiring a partial redraw (above 5% of work) at the later stages of the piece will accrue additional charges depending on the complexity of the style and fix.
